Peter DeCaro founded Resinate, Inc formerly Medicinal Alternatives in June of 2015.  He has managed the regulatory, legal, engineering, construction, and business development activities.  Under Mr. DeCaro’s leadership, Resinate is amongst the most technologically advanced facilities in Massachusetts.

He has over ten years of executive leadership experience, and over 20 years of management and related business experience.  Mr. DeCaro is highly skilled in the following disciplines:

Mr. DeCaro is an Entrepreneur, a proven leader adept at identifying opportunities for revenue generation and cost reduction, particularly in the areas of manufacturing, operations, sales, marketing, and information technology.

Mr. DeCaro has also run the 1998 Boston Marathon, completed the 2008 Pan-Mass Challenge, and coaches Flag Football and Soccer in Millbury, Massachusetts.
