Ellie Siegel is an attorney, business advisor and event producer who leads a boutique law firm, a specialized consulting entity, and an event production brand.
She founded Longview Strategic LLC to assist entities pursuing permits and developing operations in regulated cannabis markets throughout the country and has consulted to companies engaging with cannabis businesses from the healthcare, pharmaceutical, technology and fitness industries.
Ms. Siegel co-founded Carmody Siegel LLC, a boutique law firm handling matters of general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and the private placement of securities.
She is also a principal organizer of cannabis industry events called Accelerate Cannabis that provide educational programming to integrate cannabis subject matter experts from around the country with professionals in search of best practices and refined industry intelligence in emerging markets.
Ms. Siegel has supported multiple cannabis research organizations, fostering collaboration between universities and personally connecting the Lambert Center for the Study of Medicinal Cannabis and Hemp at Thomas Jefferson University to its namesake donor, Barry Lambert.
Ms. Siegel completed her JD and MBA at Rutgers University, and received her BFA from New York University. She has completed post-graduate certificates in Medical Product Development as well as Regulatory Affairs and Compliance at the University of California, Irvine.
