Britteny Soto is the Sr. Recruiter for Green Thumb Industries based in Chicago IL. Britteny has recruited talent from cultivation and grow, production, retail and corporate. Her current recruitment focuses are on GTI’s RISE Retail brand at the corporate and national field level.

A graduate of Millikin University with a Bachelors in Organizational Communicarion, Prior to joining GTI, Britteny’s career toured from tech giants Google and Workday, Coca Cola start up Fairlife, big four accounting firm EY and The museum of science and industry in Chicago.

Bringing her diverse skill set and pairing it with her passion for cannabis; Britteny is proud to have had a hand in hiring over 150 individuals in the past year for GTI/RISE and excited to continue hiring the empowers of individuals right to wellness and dedicating herself to the cannabis industry and helping others find careers to do the same.
