Gray’s career started in sales, marketing and new business development at Xerox, American Express and Contel. Growing up in family-owned businesses taught her about the joys and challenges of entrepreneurship. Educated in the U.S. and Europe, Gray earned an Executive MBA from Columbia University while conducting research on success and failure drivers for entrepreneurial businesses.

Andi also writes a weekly column called “Ask Andi,” – practical advice for business owners. Ask Andi is published in the Westchester and Fairfield County Business Journals and HV Biz. Andi also authors a monthly column in Chauffeur Driven Magazine.

She has earned recognition for business leadership, including: Working Women of Westchester, two Westchester County Association APEX Awards, Top 100 in Westchester’s with the likes of Hillary Clinton, Ralph Lauren, Michael Bloomberg and Vanessa Williams.

She gives back to the community by serving on the boards of the YMCA of Westchester, Columbia Business School Alumni Club of New York (CBSACNY), and the Westchester County Association. She regularly hosts The Owners Game, facilitates Owners Forums, takes on public speaking engagements, and organizes events for CBSACNY – Business Owners Committee.

Gray is also the co-founder of the networking group BOHCA (Business Owners Hemp and Cannabis Association), where she helps industry specific owners grow their business through strategic planning.
